The essential purpose of AAA Management, is to create an environment where every artist has the freedom to express their talent,
to enhance their careers worldwide regardless of style or genre. AAA Management intends to serve as an interface between the artistic and the business world, allowing artists the freedom to be creative, whilst promoting and representing their commercial interests. The integrity of artists and their music comes first. Our aim is to listen to the artist,
understand their vision, and identify where their true talent lies, to enable them to achieve success in the music business. Our mission is to facilitate the artist's career, providing guidance and advice on many aspects of the music industry, including
relationships with record companies, publishers, agents, lawyers, producers, accountants, and tour managers.
Our Background
Neal Handforth, Ken Larby and Steve Walsh-Hill founded AAA Management after being moved when hearing an original artists' music. This artist had been playing for over 3 years, building up a loyal following but struggling to secure a publishing and recording contract. Collectively we had professional music, finance and event management expertise, having achieved considerable professional success, in our respective fields. We had all experienced the pitfalls that occur, when you are building a career in music e.g. being ripped off by management companies, playing the wrong venues for the wrong reasons, not signing the right deals and having to learn the hard way. We felt passionately that we could make a real difference to artist’s, who could benefit from our contact network, knowledge and experience. We were inspired to form AAA Artist Management Ltd, with the single purpose of enabling artists to develop their careers with the right support and encouragement. |
